Reading for enjoyment just doesn't strike me as something Bond would do. Fleming makes a point in his novels that Bond is a man of action, whether on assignment or holiday. So reading, unless it was to keep up with current events or to read up on skills necessary for his work, wouldn't be on his to do list.
That said, an excellent magazine to read is, "The Week." I can see Bond reading this as the articles are very concise and contain viewpoints from multiple publications throughout the world, so you'll get very different perspectives on a single issue.
