Has anyone ever golfed at the Stokes golf course where Bond golfed against Goldfinger? I think it is a private club, so how can I get on there? It's on my bucket list. :?

I don't really know what reciprocal member means, but it seems like you can play for around 100 pounds which is pretty good I think.

I'm very happy to declare I have played it.

I spent the early part of my twentys as a struggling professional golfer and got to play this beutifull Buckinhamshire course in a charity event. It's a great course but was that much better becasue of Goldfinger.

Also I could resist trying to reneact the scense from the film and just imagine Bond and Goldfinger strutting their stuff. :)

It means they have "sister" clubs. if you are a member of one of those then you have the privlages of a Stokes member and vice versa.
